Strategy and Experience Director at RRH, Ziad moved to Ridgecrest in 2019 and joined the hospital administration in 2020. He led projects related to performance improvement, recruitment, and branding.  More than 20 years experience in management and marketing, he set up four ventures and created technology and retail products. He believes in the potential of Ridgecrest becoming a city with a distinct lifestyle, offering safety, affordability, access to outdoors, and a healthier living. During his free time, he enjoys Skiing, outdoors adventures, and gardening.
