Stephanie Sievers is the CEO of AltaOne Federal Credit Union. Since 2021, she has led the organization with a focus on economic development, business growth, and expanding access to financial services. Under her leadership, AltaOne completed a Ridgecrest bank branch acquisition, the opening of a new branch in Tehachapi, earned CDFI certification, and grown the Credit Union's assets by more than $240 million.

A champion of innovation, Sievers is committed to digital solutions that allow members to bank where they want, when they want. Her vision and influence have earned national recognition, including being named one of American Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Credit Unions.
