Ashly Palomino is a Ridgecrest native, business owner, and real estate broker with more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry. With over 25 years working in the local market, she has experienced the region’s growth, economic shifts, and housing cycles firsthand, shaping her perspective on regional development. After 18 years working within established brokerages, she founded Palomino Properties and later purchased Stark Realty, Inc., expanding her work into California’s coastal markets. Ashly represents a high volume of buyers, sellers, and investors each year, consistently closing 50+ homes annually in recent years, and has served in leadership roles within the Ridgecrest Area Association of Realtors, including serving as President, as well as serving as a Director for the California Association of Realtors. She also serves on the Women’s Center Board of Directors and is deeply committed to giving back through community events, nonprofit support, and initiatives that strengthen the region she serves. Ashly is known for combining market expertise, creative marketing, and small-business leadership to provide insight into housing trends and local economic factors.
